Note that this feature is Coming Soon - this article will be updated when it is released.

When scheduling interviews with Experts, Graphite can generate Zoom meeting links for you via your own Zoom account.

All that's needed is for you to link your Zoom account to your Client account on Graphite - you'll only do this once, and your Zoom will be ready for any interview you schedule. Even better, you can link it up in just a couple of clicks!

Linking your Zoom Account on Graphite

Step 1

Head to your Profile & Settings page, which should look like this:

Step 2

Click "Sign in with Zoom" to be brought to a Zoom page where you will "allow" Graphite to connect with your Zoom account to create & schedule meetings with Experts:

Click the "Allow" button to complete this step. Note that checking the "Allow this app to use my shared access permissions" is NOT required.

Note: If you are not logged into Zoom on your browser, you will be asked to log in before Allowing access.

That's it! You've already successfully connected your Zoom account to your Graphite Client account. You'll see the completed Zoom link on your Profile & Settings page once your refresh.

Scheduling Calls with Zoom Meeting Links

(Note: Your Zoom must be linked as shown above to schedule calls with Zoom links).

After selecting time windows for your call with an Expert, choose the "Generate Zoom Meeting Link" option on the "Confirm Call Details" dialog:

This will automatically generate a Zoom meeting on your Zoom account once the Expert confirms a call time, and that Zoom meeting link will be on the calendar invite as well as the Scheduled Call event within the app.

Disconnecting your Zoom Account from Graphite

To disconnect your Zoom from Graphite, simply head back to your Profile & Settings page and click Disconnect on the Zoom integration card.

You can reconnect your Zoom via this same card at any time.
