You can choose to post a project yourself or by working with your Account Executive. Either way, know that your projects are posted anonymously, meaning experts cannot see the name or logo of your company.
Posting a Project on Graphite
Begin by selecting the most relevant functional skill, subskills, and industries/sectors you are looking to onboard.
Describe your project and add any specific questions you'd like experts to answer. Good items to include in your project description include an explanation of what the project entails (milestones, objectives, key deliverables), the ideal background/qualifications of the expert, and the expert's primary responsibilities.
Select and fill out other information to get the best match possible for your needs.
Let experts know how soon you'd like your project to kick off.
Let experts know where project work will take place.
Set your project's payment structure and pay rate to align with your budget. Notice that we've added some general guidance at the bottom for rates based on the information you selected in steps 1-5 above.
Define how long the project may last and how many hours per week you expect experts to work. Note: this is just an estimate to give Graphite and experts an idea of your budget -- nothing is contractual at this point.
Finally, give your project an enticing title. You can ask your Account Executive for help here. A good format to follow is: "Seeking [Expert's Role] for [Primary Task of the Project]."
Be sure to invite any colleagues to Graphite that will be part of the expert selection process.
That's it! Typically within 48-72 hours, your Account Executive will present a curated list of experts that best fit your project.
If it's been over 72 hours and you haven't received a list from your Account Executive, feel free to send us a message by either using the chat bubble on the lower right of the screen or by emailing us at help@graphite.com.
